Alice in wonderland movie review
a Hollywood flick , showcasing alice as a nineteen year old girl , who has recurrent dreams of her being commented upon in parties
where she is faced with expectations of marriage and society which she is living in.
alice once while walking on a road falls accidentally into a hole apparently a rabbit hole , which is altogether a new world.
in under land she meets a white rabbit, dormouse the dodo , Tweedledum and Tweedledee.
when she comes across them that she is supposed to meet the red queen who has the under-land with herself. she is also told by her new found friends who are perplexed on her identity that the real alice is supposed to slay the jabberwocky on the fabulous day and restore the white queen to power.
that is when she meets cheshire cat which leads her to mad hatter and march hare.
meanwhile the queen red , sends her army to locate alice .
hatter tells alice that the red queen is a threat to her and that she mustn't pay her a visit, he also tells her how she has changed.
while the argument goes on hatter is taken captive by the array of red queens soldiers who take him captive .
that is when she decides to take to the queens court where she is welcomed as a guest , only because the red queen doesn't know her real identity.
whether she manages to save the red queen and restore white queen in her position forms the rest of this mystical and fairy tale like plot.
the animated series being part inspired by the character alice in wonderland.
