the run of the mill story of a 12 year street kid, nicknamed pungently " municipality ghatkopar" . he feels sympathetic towards abandoned children who
are left prey to ferocious street dogs. he hopes to one day become the care taker of such children who are recklessly thrown into the streets by their senseless parents , only to be butchered by street dogs or fend for themselves. this is a real issue that is to be seriously considered in a country like india, where value of an individual is lost , due to its high population.
the plot is about how municipality teams up with his friends four of whom are fellow-men .
that is how street children are dealt with in a place like this.
