he in his quest to unearth what happened to delmore, sets in
a journet to the forests of war torn vietnam , learns that his friend died of excessive exposure to herbicide, a phenomenon termed agent orange . rambo is spotted by will teasle a sheriff who thrusts his suspicion on him has him arrested .
his memory flashes back then to the pow camp in north vietnam ,where soviets used to torture him . he uses his army fighting skills instinctively to overcome the clutches of the sheriff .
